2) MORE THAN WORDS: My inspiration for the word Hello is My own Wedding  Day 11.12.2012. Seven and half years back, this is how family, friends and the world greeted us " Hello, Mr and MRS"...For the creative challenge, I have chosen a white window  at the upper upper part of layout. Wedding Day is a big Day and  moment for every person. Personally it was such a big transition in my life. A new chapter, a new horizon, a new direction. Am happy and blessed to go along this direction.

FUN MAY Scrapbook layout

Hello crafty friends,
I have made this lovely layout with combined  inspirations and themes from certain ongoing blog challenges. It is so amazing how many themes can be combined to form one project. The sky is the limit for a crafter.  Totally enjoyed making the project

Inspiration from ongoing MTW Blog Challenge: The strip background, floral arrangement in strips,  and the quote " Funny good old days". The layout has certain elements of my childhood memories( lemonade, T.V). Growing up with my siblings and childhood friends watching T.V serials, and cartoons in our color T.V (priceless those days, few families could effort one), having lemonades during the hot summer heat which we totally relished. These elements bring back funny, good old memories that I would any day love to revisit again.
The colors yellow, pink, green , floral layout in form of heart, lemons,trees- inspired from the mood-board Splashy mix Challenge.
The watch embellishment swinging in the tree, and  stamped numbers (twist)- inspired by Creative embellishment challenge.

The watch embellishments reminding of time, that nothing lasts forever. To Cherish, enjoy, and love each moment of our life.

PRETTY IN PINK
Hello crafty Souls,
This month was super exciting for me as I was able to do lots of crafting,  to be gifted to some of the dear mothers including my mother.
In particular, I would love to share one of the project " Pretty in Pink", a simple yet elegant frame adorned with handmade flowers. Had put much love creating this project.  Pink because that's my mother's favorite color. The frame is MDF based, coated with gesso and painted over with chalk paint ( pink, off white), then using a stensil used texture paste over the frame border. Then decorated the frame with foamiran flowers ( selfmade), handmade paper flowers @itsybitsystore stored bought. Used some pretty pink pattern paper and  die cut elements to finish the inside frame. Finally a coat of clear Varnish.

WELCOMING SPRING
Hi dear freinds. Bringing you another of my creation, a floral with bugs theme, heralding the arrival of spring. With all the current situation,  nature and its beauty reminds us that co- existence in harmony is the ideal way to live and enjoy LIFE to the fullest.
The inspiration of my project is Mother nature: so pure that it feels our heart with joy. I love plants and flower, & yes!! butterflies. and enjoy when new blossoms bloom. I reminds me whatever sorrow or difficulty I am going through is not permanant. I will get to  see my blooms ( fruits of labor) someday. Living each day a new, afresh with a new hope.
The frame layout is very simple , subtle and fresh. Distressed mdf frame, some textures  in between , beautiful die cut butterflies painted with resin to add a touch of activity and interest.
I handmade some Zinnia flowers, as they are the flowers that bloom on the pathways on the way to my work place ( hospital). It reminds me of home.
Small metal balls( @ craftgully) embellishments have been added to fulfill the twist, @ creative embellishments challenge.

BEYOND THE BLUE SEA

Hello crafty friends, thanks for dropping by. My current craft project is inspired by the color blue, sea and the unknown adventure that awaits beyond the sea. Elements that remind of the sea; the sea shells, the vibrant blue color of the sea, the sand,  the seabirds, boat, ropes are all incorporated in this project to create the sea vibes.
"Travel the world" sentiment is cut out from the wanderlust pattern paper collection by hndmd. A small cardinal direction post is also added to indicated that a sea  adventure awaits.  Have also used some  resin to create a small sea effect look in stand base.

The base used is MDF and it is a glue craft stand.  It will be holding my glue gun , a very vital tool for crafters. Alas, it deserves a suitable place to rest after a much useful work.

Altered notebook

Hi all, wanted to share an "altered book" projecthttp://blog.itsybitsy.in/itsy-bitsy-blog-challenge-22/. Its a simple project but the elements came together so beautifully and the overall outcome looks stunning. I have used many products from itsy bitsy notably the pearl drops which I have added to my flowers and leaves to mimic dew drops.

Dear all, happy to share my new project
 #Timeless beauty, altered tin box.

The inspiration of this project is my love for phaelanopsis orchid. I had few blooms this year and they were lovely. As I wanted to preserve it, I pressed dried the orchid and put in resin. This is my first time using resin and of course it didn't came out crisp, however I am elated with the results. This project will be very much close to my heart.
