Altered steampunk penstand

 Hello crafty friends

Here is my altered penstand steampunk inspired theme. 



                              

                                        

Entering my project at Challenges:

1. Mixed media academy: inspired by the moodboard colors and the little memories quote, I choose this steampunk fish design. Every year late autumn we go fishing with family and they become fond memories to cherish. However, this year it is not gonna happen due to the current pandemic situation. I am hopeful though that this will also soon pass and we can enjoy life once again, engaging in activities that we love.

2) Creative embellishments: Inspired by the mood board elements: the old window grills, I have made the body of the fish like the grills and finish the look with a patina- rust effect.
